About Struktura Interiors

Struktura Interiors is a Construction Company based in Vancouver, BC. Struktura focuses on the procurement and installation of interior partition walls, interior glazing, carpet, doors/frames/hardware, and toilet accessories. Struktura is working with various GC’s, Owner’s reps, and interior designers in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.  

How did Struktura manage Business Development before implementing a CRM?

As a small construction startup company, it was important to find ways to optimize our operations in every way possible, including in business development. Prior to implementing a CRM we were utilizing excel files, while trying out various products to see how it could fit with our operations.

What were some of the pain points you were experiencing?

Prior to implementing Kiese, some of the pain points we were experiencing included:

·      Many excel files living in many places

·      Multiple Excel File Tabs

·      Inability to create and stick to a proper BD plan

·      Difficulties tracking client and potential clients’ touchpoints

·      Lack of collaboration

·      Difficulties connecting information from excel file to tasks that needed to be completed.

Why did Agate choose to implement the Kiese CRM?

Prior to using Kiese we tried various products such as HubSpot and Monday.com. Although these products are good for generic use, they were not specific to construction, therefore we still needed to use our excel sheets in conjunction with these products. We chose Kiese because allowed for us to ditch our BD spreadsheets and because it is specific to construction.

It eliminates the need of the various spreadsheets that we had, and ensures we are not missing any submission deadlines. We can assign tasks to each other and ensure that people are completing their tasks. 

We can ensure that we are truly engaging with our clients and see the results from this engagement. We can easily understand what is coming down in the pipeline and how successful we will be. The valuable insights that the platform provides helps us tremendously in our decision-making process.
